1. What are credits?

● Credits are a virtual currency provided by Meitu that can be used to access exclusive features and services on Kumoo.

● Certain features and services on Kumoo may require Credits to access.

2. How can I earn credits?

There are two ways to earn credits: top-ups and VIP subscription.

● Top-up: You can get a certain amount of credits with a one-time purchase.

● Subscription bonus: You will receive a certain amount of credits each month if you subscribe to Kumoo VIP membership.

3. What are the different types of credits?

There are free credits and paid credits.

Type	Description	Validity	Scope of usage
Free credits	Bonus credits from Kumoo VIP Subscription	Credits that come with Kumoo VIP subscription will be issued at the beginning of each subscription month and will be cleared once the membership expires.	For use within Kumoo only.
Top up	Credits from top-ups.	Valid for 1 year after topping up.

4. When will bonus credits be issued?

Bonus credits issuance depends on your membership subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th, you'll receive credits on that day each month.

5. How do I disable auto-renewal?

Stripe: Go to the bottom of the subscription page, click on "Renewal Management," and cancel your subscription.
